I can't, of course, speak for the future but on the past 8 CNCs there was always water available at camp in Gatoraide type coolers both before and at the end of the day into the evening.  Gatoraide from the rest stops is usually brought to camp and is there until it runs out. (I am not aware whether any "new" coolers of Gatoraide are actually created in camp.)  There are also usually soft drinks, and bottled water in ice chests at camp in the afternoon although these usually empty by evenings so if you are late you can get left out of this option. (There are usually plenty of bananas and apples in camp as well.)

The CNC handing of this has consistantly been my reason for rating CNC several points above BRAG (the Georgia ride) which seems to make few if any in-camp provisions of even water during the two times I rode it.
