I understand that a few of you are out of sorts about having to keep your bicycle inspection form with you at all times.  I can't imagine what condition a piece of paper would be in by the end of the ride.  My local bike shop mechanic suggested that I stash it in my handlebars.  I thought this was a great idea, and thought I would pass it along to others.
