I was in Hickory today and checked out the campsite there. The Rec. Center was just built in Dec of 2003. There is plenty of room inside and 3 ball fields outside for camping. There is at least one outdoor table shelter that I saw. They even have a skate board park for those of you that would like to ride four wheels. See you all in Oct.

Way to go Whistle Dog!  Your new name may be Recon Dog!  Go ahead and reserve space for the Dots.


I just did TRIRI in Indiana with our Northern cousins (Sled Dog and Bad Dog) and it was gangs of fun.  Getting the gear right for CYCLE NC!
