Hi Everyone, If you are preparing for the upcoming full week of riding, please visit our website at www.ashevillevelosports.com for our own version of training for the CNC ride. We would love for you to come into town early and go through VO2 sub max or max testing, Metabolic profiling, or a ride in our computrainer studio to check your set up.     I have been training also.  Just got home from RAGBRAI in Iowa.   526 miles on the bike and a WHOLE LOTTA beer.   Actually gained weight last week.  Gave out a lot of temporary tattoos and Team stickers.


    Like the back of my Ben & Jerry's jersey says, "If it's not fun, why do it"
