Cycling friends,


The REI guys replaced my bent real derailuer and enabled me to complete my 7th CNC. Did they do something that kept you riding, too?


I'm sending a thank you note to Bill Britt, Chairman. His address is simply REI, Sumner Washington, 98352.


Drop Mr Britt a line and let him know how the REI guys helped you. They were available, they were there for us for long hours each day, they worked hard, they were great bike mechanics, and they were friendly, too. And could you beat the price? Thanks, Curtis and friends, ya'll were great once again!

REI bailed me out too.  Twice!  They also helped a riding buddy who broke a spoke and improvised a solution that let him complete the week.


The REI guys were friendly and skilled.  I was amazed they used the "honor system" on the parts they installed.  I give the tech support an A+.
