Will there be beer at the end of the dailly rides, and if there is, is it complimentary or is it for purchase?

It will be available if you bring some into camp. You may wish to visit Boozer's tent too, but he isn't very complimentary after he's had a few. I doubt you'll find any for free either.

Bubba offers beer as part of his "Pampering" to those that use his tent, air mattress, & other miscl services.

Clarification...  Bubba "supplies" beer for his customers, but they are expected to pay for what they consume.
