This question is most likely directed to CNC staff. I ride a recumbent trike. If I choose the transportation option back to Banner Elk from Emerald Isle what will have to be done to my trike to prepare it for the trip and will there be any additional costs involved?

I'm not staff but, by observation and sometimes helping on a loading crew, triks are usually put on last or first so they could be stood upright. (There is only so much you can take off and most of it doesn't change the trike foot print much.) If turning the handlebars is possible and helps, its done but recumbents are so varied that we just had to deal the best we could. (-:

Bike transport is included in your bus fee and there's no additional charge for trikes, recumbents, etc.
