Anyone have non-riders meet them at the end of the day? Is parking at the campsites a problem? I understand that the cars will need to take a different route. Thanks!

Dick,

My Dad sagged for 4 years w/o a problem. CNC has route maps along the major highways from town to town for registered SAGs, while we cyclists take the back roads. Campsite parking was not an issue. Dad would pull in and chill, eat a bananna or two from CNC supplies (he was registered). When I arrived, I'd just scan the area for his truck. SAGs will be given a wrist band to wear.

Suggest that your SAG take a book, a comfortable chair to use in the shade, register w CNC, and bring an iPOD if they like tunes. Also, it's good to be friendly, there'll be along the order of 20 to 30 personal SAGs, and they will tend to congregate as the week wears on. During Cycle South Carolina a few years back, my Dad's nickname for that bunch was the 'rolling saloon'!

Have fun, Jack
