PJ's are a stable for any good ride and I would think they would be available again this year as in past years at the second or third(?) rest stop. But as pointed out by our friends at CNC, the PJ rest stop is not meant to be a lunch stop. I normally will stop and have lunch when close to town or wait until I get to camp and have lunch from one of the venders.Richard.
I saw a list of the towns we would be passing through in the Rider's Manual they emailed out on the 18th. They have a line that says 'Towns Along the Route' on the Daily Description pages. A little research should be able to tell you which towns are big enough to have a restaurant.
