Can we set up tent at McRae College on Fri.,9/29. before the 3pm schedule Grandfather Mt. loop ride; and sleep there Friday night?

Just recived the riders manual.  It says "outdoor camping will be available on Friday, 9/29 at Lees-McRay..."
