I haven't used Bubba's Service but I have observed it for multiple years and he certainly does appear to give outstanding support. Your tent is up and ready when you arrive--and so it appears--is a "cold one" out of the cooler. He is also a great guy.  Whether it is worth the cost is an individual matter but participants DO appear to get everything he advertises--something that can't be said for a lot of other things. (-:

Yes Bubba is SOLD OUT - so if someone you know who reserved with Bubba has to cancel at the last minute I'd love to grab their Bubba space. Maybe I can get one on the black market...
