The Bike Detail offers Specialty Services uniquely designed to be practical, affordable, and enjoyable. You’ll have the ability to reserve the services you want. Simply send one email.  No advance payment is required. Payment will be accepted during registration. (Cash, check or travelers checks only please.) So take a few minutes to read about the Specialty services. They go fast, and are limited. Remember to RSVP and act quickly. THE TOWEL DETAIL™ “A Shower is best when the towel is Fresh” ™  

This service gives you what you want at the end of every shower. A nice, sanitized, clean & dry towel. Each day, after you complete your ride, just pick it up before the shower and return it after the shower. The Cost: $ 15.00 for the tour.

 

       THE CHAIR DETAIL™ “Rent a Neat Seat this Week”™          

We transport a high back lounge chair equipped with a footrest and cup holders to the next host site. Each chair is inspected, cleaned & sanitized and has a pillowcase to keep it just right and a tag for easy identification. Each rider will pick up and return their chair @ The Chair Detail station. They’re great for reading, listening to the evening entertainment, or contemplating the meaning of bicycle life. The Cost: $ 20.00 weekly rental fee + a $ 20.00  deposit.

 

THE CELL PHONE DETAIL™ To complete the call use the Wall”™

This specialty service ensures that you are not on the short end of an unfinished phone call because of a dead battery.   A rental box station, similar to a post office, is equipped with many secured charging compartments. Be sure to bring your car cigarette adapter. With limited availability, strongly suggest reserving in advance.      The Cost: $ 12.00 for the entire tour 

 

THE COFFEE DETAIL: “Get It From Us Without The Fuss” ™ YES! it is finally possible to get the gourmet coffee at the event. Each and every morning a true coffee drinker wants a great cup of coffee. Your cup will be ready @ 5:45 a.m. – with no lines! The Coffee Detail is a pre-pay (pay at registration, for the entire week) great gourmet coffee & muffin specialty service. Apple cider, cocoa and several teas are options. The Cost: $ 25.00/$20.00 w/o muffins  

 

      Very Pampered Cyclist-VPC Package all 4 @ $65.00

     (1st 100 VPC’s also receive the Name Detail for their Bike)
