Heard a little tip from a CNC veteran today. Put a few layers of newspaper under the jersey to keep the 40 + mph wind chill from penetrating and freezing your chest. Lightweight and disposable. Makes sense to me. Cycledawg

Asheville Rider

All of this talk about 5000 miles since March and 100000 feet of climbing is way beyound what is required. I found that the 8 week training requime outlined in the ride description could be modified and completed in just one week. Heh, Heh, Heh.
