I understand the two bag, 40 pound per bag limit.  Is a backpack allowed (with tent & sleeping bag attached) or does it have to be a duffle bag type thing?  Thanks, Allen.

They want no more than two bags and with nothing hanging off. Everything needs to be inside.

Tossing bags off the truck is significantly  hampered if there are attached pieces that may get caught in other luggage. If one of your two bags is a backpack that is fine. It just shouldn't have anything hanging off of it.

Considering the extra amount of warm cloths and rain gear that is needed to be fully prepared for CNC, I would think a 2nd duffel would make more sense unless you have  a very large backpack. (-:

I usually use a duffel bag for clothes, etc. and a back pack for my camping gear. That way, I can put on the back pack when I arrive, and then pull the duffel along on the ground at the same time. Much easier than two huge duffel bags.
