For those of you who have never been on a bike tour or  just like to read up on bike touring information ranging from how to get in shape for touring season to how to adjust your seatpost, visit http://www.adventurecycling.com/features/howto.cfm.  This is a list of articles from www.adventurecycling.com and is  a great site to read all kinds of information touring and may be helpful for new riders.  Enjoy!!
