Don't know about laundry facilities, but in past rides, I'd just get in the shower with my riding clothes on and peel them off and hand wash them in the shower as I showered. Got me and clothes clean. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. If you're super fussy about clothes cleanliness, my advice is to lower your standards a bit and you'll have a better experience all around. Bike shorts won't be dry by morning but I'd bungie cord them through a leg on the back of my bike and let them finish air drying the next day. (If it wasn't raining of course )

Option Two: 7 sets of riding clothes each packed in gallon size zip lock bags. One for each day and no laundry required. Then wear whatever in camp each night. The day you plan on doing laundry will be the day that Tropical Storm Tammy sets in and there goes the laundry plan.

I always pack 4-5 days of riding clothing, then find a laundromat on day 3, 4 or 5 and do a quick wash. If you plan to do something similar, it requires a bit of research to make sure day 3/4/5 is actually in town and not miles away from the nearest laundromat. I generally just ride my bike and carry a small duffel bag for the laundry. There's generally many other CNC cyclists hanging out in the Laundromat too, so you'll find conversation pretty easily.

Isn't that why the restrooms have sinks and soap? I wash my cycling stuff there. Much better than the toilets, not only cleaner but easier on the back too.

Sinks? Someone has a sink! I grew up on a farm. We trapped water in rain barrels. Used it all year. Washed me, my clothes and brushed my teeth with lye soap. My skin's like iron and breath is hard as kerosene but I get around.
