Is this going to be planned as a mountain bike ride or a road ride? Do any of you know?

Thanks

This has always been a road ride. But mountain bikes are welcome. It gives the hard core racers someone to pass. Just put on a set of city slickers on your two wheeler and enjoy the ride.

CNC is 7 days was it not?  "for 6 days in 2007" are they planning on cutting it short for 2007?

That's news to me. It has always been 7 days long. The only exception was in 1999 when it was two weeks long.

CNC will be seven days of riding again in 2007 as in the past.  Dates for 2007 are September 29 (check-in day) to October 6.  Host towns will be announced soon.  Mountain bikes are always welcome.

I’m looking forward, with anticipation, for the announcement of the CNC 2007 cities.  Is there a city we have no been through or camped at in North Carolina in the past 8 years?  If there are cities then I know the staff at CNC will find them and we will visit them on the 2007 ride from the mountain to the coast.

We have been the northern route, we have been the southern route, and we have been through the middle of the state on earlier rides does the mean that we will zigzag, north to south, across the state in 2007?

Not Knowing
