Several folks have posted questions about what they should bring on the ride to make life more enjoyable. Some obvious items are chairs, ipods, a camera, etc. but I'd like to recommend a bike stand. I have brought my stand on every ride since '90 and it has worked out wonderfully. It holds the bike uprig...

Is there any electrical power available if we need to re-charge our cell phones or iPods. If camping is there a plac...

Is it time to rotate the air in my tires. Maybe I should skip the air rotation and just replace the old air with brand new air. Should the old air be recycled? Decisions....Decisions.....Decisions.......what should I do?.

Does anyone know where in the world on the web site I can find the mileage options for each day's ride?

I understand that a few of you are out of sorts about having to keep your bicycle inspection form with you at all times. I can't imagine what condition a piece of paper would be in by the end of the ride. My local bike shop mechanic suggested that I stash it in my handlebars. I thought this was a great idea...

Will the return trip from Currituck to West Jefferson, after the ride, make stops along the way to drop off riders? I live in Greensboro and would like to be dropped off there, if possible, even at an exit ramp on I-85-40. That would be more convienient than returning all the way to Jefferson, then get...

I enjoyed my 1st CNC last year. I was the guy riding the whole time with my orange safety flag above me on a regular upright bike. I can't come this year, but would love to find another cool weather group ride later if you know of one.

Betsy

Does anyone know if there are other options for breakfast? The ones offered sound appitizing, but much more food than what I normally eat before a ride. This will be my first time riding CNC so any comments will be appreciated. Betsy
